A Bit About Me
To better serve you, here is a bit of my professional journey. I started off in 1991 as a Biomedical engineer, working several years testing and developing innovative medical technologies. During that time I was given an opportunity to work in another country, to better understand the culture and work towards bridging the technical organizations of our US and foreign branches.
After several year working as an individual contributor I worked managing technical organizations, developing new products. In that time I worked in multiple industries, from medical to aerospace. As my skills grew, so did the leadership opportunities. My leadership experience spans developing new standards and processes for companies, to standing up new organizations to keep up with the evolving technology space.
Additionally, I went on to stand up my own business in a completely different area, which led to a deep understanding of risk and investment management as well as timely decision making, both critical to growing businesses. During this time I was afforded the opportunity to participate in many philanthropic organization, where I contributed by being a board member to helping other businesses plan out transitions.

Throughout all of this I have maintained my love of helping others by sharing my experiences.
